Common questions

How do I reset my progress and start over?

The game has no reset button yet. To start over:

  1. Delete Block Kingdom from your iPhone (touch and hold the app icon, tap Remove App, tap Delete App, then tap Delete).
  2. Install it again from the App Store.

This erases your levels, stars, coins, boosters and kingdom on that device, and the game makes a new random install ID. It cannot be undone. If you later restore your iPhone from a backup made before you deleted the game, the old progress may come back with it.

How do I change the language?
  1. On the kingdom screen, tap Settings.
  2. Under Language, tap the language you want. The game switches to it.
  3. Tap Automatic to follow your iPhone's language again.

The game is translated into 한국어, English, Español, Español (España), 日本語, 简体中文, 繁體中文. Other iPhone languages show the game in English.

Can I move my progress to a new iPhone?

Progress is saved only on the device. There is no account or cloud save yet. An iPhone backup or a device-to-device transfer that includes app data may carry it over, but we can't promise it, and we can't restore progress for you.

Does the game need an internet connection?

No. You can play offline. When you are back online, the game sends the gameplay events it saved while you were away. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what they contain.

Is it free? Are there ads or purchases?

The game is free to play. Right now it has no ads and nothing to buy with real money. Coins and boosters are earned by playing. If we add in-app purchases or ads later, we will update the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use first.

I'm stuck on a level. Any tips?
  • Keep the middle of the board open. Big blocks need room.
  • Look at all three blocks before you place one, so the last one still fits.
  • Boosters unlock as you go, and you get one of each free when it unlocks.
  • If you fail the same level a few times, it gives you extra blocks.
What data does the game collect?

Gameplay events, such as which level you started and whether you won, tagged with a random install ID. No name, email, location or advertising ID. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
